In January 2024, Joint Stock Company Artmetan Group was reorganized into Limited Liability Company MetanEcoGas (abbreviated name is LLC MetanEG) with the rights of a full legal successor of Joint Stock Company Artmetan Group.

Since January 16, 2024, LLC MetanEG, as the right holder of JSC Artmetan Group, has been investing in the construction of infrastructure for low-tonnage production and consumption of gas motor fuel (compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, and hydrogen in the future), and is also part of the group of companies specializing in the replacement of traditional fuels with alternative energy sources.
